Scheme and Conditions for Recording Recognition/Conversion Results of the MBKM Program

  1. Students who are allowed to take part in the MBKM Program are students who at the time the program is running are at least in semester 6.
  2. Students are allowed to take part in the MBKM Program a maximum of 2 (two) times.
  3. Students who have passed the MBKM Program acceptance selection are not allowed to withdraw
  4. The Bachelor of Management Study Program provides credit recognition for the MBKM Program of 20 credits which will be converted from Student Completion Program (SCP) courses.
  5. Students who are in the 8th (eighth) semester in the current semester cannot take their thesis and MBKM simultaneously, because it will exceed the maximum number of credits per semester (example calculation if students take their thesis and MBKM simultaneously: 20 credits resulting from Program recognition MBKM + 6 thesis credits = 26 credits). Therefore, students will carry out informal thesis guidance and will receive an informal Thesis Supervisor (DPS) allocation during the MBKM Program. Then, in the 9th semester, students undertake a Thesis KRS and hold a Thesis trial at least two months after receiving a formal DPS allocation.
  6. Students who need a Field Supervisor (DPL) can apply directly to the lecturer by writing via email. Students are asked to contact from the start of the MBKM Program accompanied by the duties and functions of the DPL during guidance. We strongly recommend that students communicate with partners first regarding DPL needs. If the lecturer concerned is willing, the student will send it to [email protected] by email along with proof of approval for further processing.
